Enchantments are magical improvements that can be found on melee weapons and the Boomerang only. It is the melee weapon's equivalent to glyphs. An enchantment can be added on a melee weapon (and the Boomerang) with a Scroll of Enchantment.

I'm currently trying to win one game as a Huntress. I've only recently been experimenting with scrolls and stones of enchantment to improve my bow.Using the stones (in my experience) is basically throwing your life away to the RNG gods. I did get a grim enchantment, but I botched that game lmao.I did try making scrolls of enchantment, but the enchantments they let you choose from seems to not change (but I can be completely wrong about this). I do keep seeing the same Blazing and Projecting enchantments, and I haven't seen Grim yet.I would love to know more about enchanting, and if you have some pro tips for Huntress, that would be much appreciated too!:.
This isn't true for one single reason: The game choses the rarity of the enchantment before the enchantment itself. When the game is deciding what to put in the last option, it first picks the rarity (50% common, 40% uncommon and 10% rare) without caring for existing enchantments. Only after that it picks one enchantment with the chosen rarity, avoiding existing ones.Because of this, you will get any rare enchantment as the last option exactly 10% of the time. The individual 3.33% each can only be increased (to 5%) if your weapon already has a rare enchantment, but that's also true for the stone.
